Double room in the attic (1st floor) with lateral valley view in south or north orientation, with seating possibility on the free-standing balcony (5,60m²). Equipped with a double bed, safe, 50'' flat TV and sofa (-or sofa bed for a third or fourth person). The view from the balcony reaches from Merano to Lana or from Dorf Tirol to the village center of Schenna.
In the bathroom a shower with WC, cozy towels, hairdryer and refreshing shampoo & shower gel.

- With the flexible pricing system, prices adapt to the vacation season and occupancy. With our new pricing model we reward guests who book early.
- The prices on portals are also ALWAYS up to 20% higher than on our own website www.garnieden.it. Check it yourself and save up to 20%!
- Included in the price is a traditional tyrolian brakfast
- Stays under 4 accommodation are in addition of a supplement
- From 2024 the local tax is 2,80 €, includetd is the public mobility for every guest. Please pay this in each case on site in cash.

- Check-in from 2.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
- Pre-Check-in is possible
- Check-out/ key return by 10.00 a.m.

- Prices for children with 2 full-paying adults:
until age 2,99: € 10,00 for travel cot and laundry, high chair and towels
from age 3 to age 7,99: - 50%
from age 8 to age 13,99: - 30%

- – 20 % for every third and fourth adult in a double room
- Room numbers are decided on the day of arrival; they cannot be booked
- Means of payment: preferably cash, although we also accept debit or credit cards (Visa or MasterCard)
Cancellation conditions
The deposit we ask you to pay at the moment of the riservation until 48 hours. The deposit is non-refundable. Since it is never possible to predict unforeseen circumstances, we strongly advise you to protect yourself by taking out holiday cancellation insurance.

Pets are not allowed
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our bed and breakfast in Scena/Schenna. The Garni Eden is therefore ideal for people allergic to animal hair.
