Our bread and rolls are freshly baked for you every day – we never serve frozen products! We place great value on tradition and quality, sourcing our bread from a local bakery that still bakes with dedication and without using industrial mixes. A special favorite: the traditional “Vinschger Paarl” – have you tried this delicious specialty at Garni Eden B&B in Scena yet? We’re sure your taste buds will recognize the wonderful spices!

Our breakfast buffet at B&B Garni Eden in Scena offers a variety of delicious cheeses, tender cold cuts, and the legendary farmhouse speck – made without curing salt, but with delicate seasoning and slowly matured in the fresh mountain air. Traditionally smoked in a farm cellar, natural and authentic – a flavor that truly inspires!

That’s the question we’ll ask once you’ve made yourself comfortable at the breakfast table, enjoying the stunning panoramic view. We prepare your boiled egg freshly, served warm and cooked to the perfect consistency – personally by us, Melanie or Philipp!

Then you absolutely must try our homemade jams! Naturally made and with a very high fruit content – a sweet treat to brighten your day. Close your eyes and you’ll feel like you’re biting right into the fruit!
Paired with our fluffy, handmade croissants and delicious cakes fresh from Philipp’s oven – simply irresistible! And to top it all off: a fresh natural yogurt with muesli, or a personalized fruit yogurt with our jam. Simply heavenly!
